Delivery Methods

The Customer may choose from the following delivery methods:

• Home delivery in France (Colissimo, UPS);

• Standard international home delivery (Colissimo, UPS).

Shipping fees are borne by the Customer, and the amount depends on the delivery method selected and the country of delivery.

Delivery takes between 3 days and 3 weeks, depending on the country and the delivery method chosen.

Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process. The address and postal code must be provided accurately, without abbreviations. A signature and valid ID may be required upon delivery (e.g., passport or driver’s license).

When the Product is delivered to the address indicated on the purchase order by a carrier, it is the Customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the delivered Product in the presence of the driver and, in the event of damage or missing items, to note reservations on the delivery note or the carrier’s receipt, and, where appropriate, to refuse the Product and inform SurfinCircles.

Transfer of Risk and Customer Checks

The risks of loss or deterioration of the goods are transferred to the Customer at the time the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, physically takes possession of the goods, regardless of their nature.

At the time of delivery of the Product, the Customer is therefore required to verify:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the indications on the transport document and the invoice;

• that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry and has not been altered, including the materials used to seal the package.

Notwithstanding the sales terms chosen and without prejudice to the retention of title clause set out in Article 9 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Retention of Title), the Product is transported, from the time it leaves SurfinCircles warehouses and/or is handed over to the freight forwarder, at the Customer’s risk. SurfinCircles cannot be held liable for problems or anomalies occurring during transport.

International Deliveries, Duties and Taxes

When the Customer orders Products on the Website for delivery outside the European Union, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the parcel reaches its destination.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; the Customer must contact the local customs office for further information. In addition, when ordering on the Website, as the importer, the Customer must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which they receive the Products.

Delivery Timeframes and Modifications

When placing the order, SurfinCircles will communicate the delivery timeframe, which will be confirmed in the shipping confirmation. The indicated delivery period starts from the email confirming dispatch of the Customer’s order and may be extended in the event of exceptional circumstances.

Any order placed on a non-business day will postpone the delivery period to the next business day.

Any modification of the delivery conditions must be made via the carrier’s website. Otherwise, SurfinCircles cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the delivery conditions.

SurfinCircles shall not be liable for failure to meet delivery deadlines (late delivery, impossibility of delivery, return of Products to SurfinCircles, etc.) resulting from incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the Customer for delivery and/or the Customer’s absence at the time of delivery.

Returns Due to Non-Receipt / Non-Collection

If an order is returned to SurfinCircles warehouses due to the Customer’s absence at the time of delivery or failure to collect the parcel at the designated pickup point, SurfinCircles will issue a credit note for the amount of the ordered Products, reduced by a penalty of €8.80 for France, €14 for Europe, and €29 for International orders. This penalty corresponds to internal logistics management costs incurred for parcel preparation and restocking of returned items. The Customer will be informed of this credit note by email.
