2.1. ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE AND REGISTRATION FOR SERVICES

Access to and use of the Website, including browsing web pages, downloading product information and purchasing products on the Website, are carried out exclusively for personal purposes and not in connection with any commercial or professional activity.

The Company offers users of the Website (hereinafter the “User(s)”) the possibility to create an account and use the related services (hereinafter the “Services”). Users wishing to benefit from the Services must create an account using an email address and a password (hereinafter the “Login Details”).

Access to the Website and registration for the Services are free of charge and optional.

The Services are reserved for natural persons who are of legal age and have legal capacity.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any difficulty or dispute relating to these Terms of Use not resolved amicably between the parties shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
